Shortly before, Virat Kohli took a big decision related to his fitness. A person who was fond of eating non-veg since childhood suddenly decided to become a vegetarian. Virat Kohli has now become fully vegetarian and in a recent report of 'Times Of India' it was also revealed that Virat has benefited a lot from this. They have completely abandoned meat, egg and dairy products.

According to a report, Virat earlier used to have grilled meats along with omlets, spinach and cheese in his breakfast. Along with this he used to eat watermelon and papaya. Now things like meat and eggs have been removed from their breakfast and have been replaced by protein shake, soy, fruits, dry fruits and three-four cups of green tea.

Lunch

Virat also likes mashed potatoes, green vegetables, spinach for lunch. Earlier he used to take red meat too but now he is out of diet plan. Virat Kohli is on a gluten-free diet at this time and tries to stay away from fried food.

Dinner

According to a report, Virat used to like most seafood before dinner, but currently, he is on green vegetables, soy diet. Virat also carries gluten-free bread and nut butter during his net session.

2nd the semi-final of ICC Knock-Out trophy, Indian encountering with South Africa. Ganguly open with Sachin Tendulkar, He smashed the ball throughout the ground and scored a massive 141. This gave India the momentum and the Indian bowlers restricted South Africa to 200. India won the match and qualified for the Finals. Ganguly was awarded man of the match for his performance.

It was the 1999 World Cup. Ganguly opened the innings for India. He played an unbelievable knock. Ganguly along with Rahul Dravid made a record partnership of 324 runs. He alone scored 183 and it remained his highest score ever. He took just 158 deliveries and maintained a strike rate of 115. This was arguably his best performance ever.

There is no shortage of skills in the Indian team, even from domestic cricket to national cricket, the Indian team has many talented players. Playing in the World Cup is a special thing for every player. But not everyone gets a chance to play in the World Cup.

He was the Player of the Tournament and the Golden Bat. Tendulkar is the only player to score twice in this tournament. Rahul Dravid - Rahul Dravid, popularly known as 'The Wall' in Test cricket, has excelled in ODI cricket. Gradually, he did not know that he would complete his fifty runs. Dravid won the Golden Bat in the 1999 World Cup. He had scored 461 runs in 8 matches. His 145 was the highest score.
