Chris Gayle 162 vs England

Chris Gayle is already announced that he is still not retired. Chris Gayle, playing his last ODI series before the World Cup, is coming to the ground with the intention of making a record in every match. On Thursday, the Caribbean player brought the storm against England. The Jamaican set the record for scoring 162 runs in 97 balls.

Last couple of year he was out of the West Indies cricket team due to issue with board and even un-consistence form in ODI. Even from last 3-4 year West Indies team even falling down consistently. West Indies Ranking fall so badly that one of the dominating team of 70s have to play qualify matches for the 2019 World cup with associated team.
To Finding new way and bring team on back to strong status West Indies have shown faith again of the experience player Chris Gayle. This World cup would be the last chance for universal boss to bring some happiness to west Indian fan and tell International cricket memorable good bye

In the fourth ODI on Wednesday, he also completed his 500th international hundred in international cricket.

This numbers might come very early if Gayle able to play ODI continue in past. After, Brian Lara Chris Gayle became the second Caribbean player to score 10,000 international runs in ODIs. Gayle crossed the 10,000 mark in his 288th ODI match. Gayle completed this figure with fantastic sixes. Prior to Gayle this was done by former Australia legend Ricky Ponting.
