Who is Geoff Arnold

Geoff Arnold is a former English cricketer who played for the England cricket team in the 1970s. He was born on October 10, 1944, in Northfleet, Kent, England. Arnold was a right-arm fast-medium bowler who played 34 Test matches and 14 One Day Internationals for England between 1972 and 1981.

 Arnold made his debut for England in 1972 against Pakistan and played his last Test match against Australia in 1981. He took a total of 83 wickets in Test cricket at an average of 34.61. In ODIs, Arnold took 21 wickets at an average of 25.47. He was known for his accuracy and his ability to swing the ball both ways.

 After retiring from playing cricket, Arnold worked as a coach for various teams, including Middlesex and Sussex. He was also a part of the England coaching staff during their successful Ashes campaign in 2005.
