This is an interesting question as because all the player whom fan expected to score runs in Icc World Cup 2019, all those player performed well. Like Warner, Smith, Kohli, Rohit, Babar Azam, root, Roy, Kane etc.
So on the question, there are top 5 batsmen who can be probably for scoring more run. As 70% of matches are played already by all team excluding NZ and India.
So there are the top most favourite batsman and bowler list who can score most and take wicket most than others.
Batsman —
David Warner — Warner played 7 innings till now and there are 2 league matches and 1 semifinal pending mean 3 more matches for sure. If Australia reaches the final than 4 matches. He has 500 runs with the help of 1 century and 3 fifty. So if he scores run with an average of 50 plus then he could reach to 700 as well which will be a record. So warner will score 700 even if he able to hit one more Hundred.
Aaron Finch — Similarly above situation and due to great form Aaron Finch also has a great chance to be the top batsman. He has 496 runs in 7 innings with 2 ton & 3 fifties.
The only big worry for finch and Warner is upcoming matches are little difficult as they have to play with NZ & SA IN league and semi or Finals team.
Joe Root — Joe Root is one of the most consistent batsmen for England in this World Cup till now. He has 432 runs in 7 innings. There is a chance of to reach ar top due to England is most favourite for finals so he has 4 inning left where he can surpass another only worry is next to two league matches against NZ & Ind who are in great form.
Kane Williamson — He is the most dependable batsman till now in world cup yet. Williamson inngreat touch. He has 414 in 5 innings and scored 2 ton and 2 ditties as well. His average is 138. He has 3 more matches to play in a league match and probably semi and final also so 3 league match and two post league match, 5 inning which is too much to go ahead than others in the run chase.
Rohit Sharma — He is the main batsman in Top order for India in this World Cup at least for now. Due to Dhawan exit, he has more responsibility to score big now. He has 320 runs in 4 innings and 4 more league matches about to come.
so expected to play till the final. Mean 4 league and 2 post league matches, total 6 innings. And the best part is all pending matches against the average team where Rohit has a great record against all. So in next 6 inning, he can score more 400 runs or more. And also expected one more 200 plus run now.
Virat Kohli — Virat Kohli in great touch in this World Cup among past tournament. He has to do a great job in this world cup and he had already. He doesn't get much time to score in this tournament and similarly Rohit he has more 6 matches to come. Also, he has a great record against all team as well. Even sue to Dhawan unavailability Kohli has a lot of time to be on 22 yards and also no century from him in this World Cup yet. Expected he can reach to the top till the end of series. Kohli has 244 runs in 4 Inning with 3 fifties.
Probably but won't qualify
Shakib Al Hasan - Shakib has 476 in 7 innings and two more matches coming in league with Pakistan and Afghanistan. In this, he might go more 100 of 150 runs which might be overtaken by the above top batsman. And Also there are very fewer chances looks for Semi for Bangladesh.
After Winning against New Zealand Pakistan chances even rise to the semi-final where Babar Azam scored 333 runs in 7 innings.

Bowling — As in Batting competitions, Michell stark has way ahead from other competitors in bowling skill.

Lockie Ferguson — Pakistan has low chance to reach Semi as can see so Amir has 16 in 6 matches and 2 more with Afghanistan & Bangladesh respectively. So he could reach max 5 wickets more mean 21 wickets till the leqgue end.
So Ferguson could do reach more near to stark if he does well in upcoming 4 matches. He has 15 in 7 till now.
