This ICC World Cup 2019 is about to create new record

In the ICC Cricket World Cup 2019, so far there have been 18 matches, but only 14 games have been played. It looks like the ICC is still locked in the case after the Jing Bells.

So far, four matches have come for rain and it is believed that Indra Dev can disrupt the match between India and Pakistan, one of the biggest events of this World Cup. In such a situation, after the four matches that the match had to be cancelled due to rain, then the ICC is under severe criticism.

Earlier, no more than two matches were cancelled in any World Cup, but this time this figure is increasing with every passing day. This time the World Cup is being played under round robin league format, which is happening for the first time since 1992. But, it seems that this time Indra Dev is playing along with the teams in the World Cup. With the cancellation of matches, the fans are also facing losses along with the teams.

Despite all this, the ICC does not seem to take any action. Many legends have suggested keeping the ICC reserve for the cancellation matches, but the ICC has refused to accept this suggestion. If this continued in this World Cup then it would be very difficult to decide on top-4 and it may be that a big team has to be out of the top-4.

If this is the record of the World Cup, then this time, along with the players and teams, rain is also seen making a record in the World Cup. In fact, so far in this World Cup, four matches have been cancelled due to rain, which is the highest in the 44-year history of the World Cup.

So far 11 World Cups have been played and during this time only 2 matches were cancelled due to rain. In this way, rain names have also become a record in the World Cup.

The three matches that were cancelled due to rain in this World Cup were Pakistan and Sri Lanka, the second match was played between West Indies and South Africa and the third match was played between Sri Lanka and Bangladesh.

Apart from this, the fourth match was to be held between India and New Zealand. Before the World Cup, the two matches that were cancelled due to rain were played during the 1979 and 2015 World Cup.

The first match that was cancelled due to rain was played on the field of Oval between West Indies and Sri Lanka in 1979. This was followed by the second match which had been presented with rain, during the 2015 World Cup that was played between Australia and Bangladesh.
