Dinesh Karthik 34th birthday Special Memory

Today Team India's wicket-keeper batsman Dinesh Karthik celebrating his 34th birthday. He has returned to the Indian team for the World Cup 12 years later.

When the selector committee announced 15-member team India for the 2019 ICC World Cup, Dinesh Karthik was preferred to Rishabh Pant. After being selected in the team for the World Cup, Karthik expressed his happiness and said, "I am very excited. It feels good to be a long time part of this team. For me, the dream is the moment to be true. '

He further said in the conversation with the Kolkata Knight Riders website,
"As a team, we have done some special things and I have also been part of this journey. I wanted to be a part of this team in the World Cup.
Karthik has returned to Team India for the World Cup 12 years later. Earlier he was part of the Indian team in the 2007 World Cup. The veteran batsman was preferred by Rishabh Pant, considered to be Mahendra Singh Dhoni's successor, who has remained the issue of debate.
The selection of the second wicketkeeper for the World Cup to be held in England from May 30 was a headache for the selectors. In such a situation, the 33-year-old Karthik was given two reasons to give 21-year-old Pant on priority.
Karthik has 91 ODIs and his wicketkeeping was also better than Pant.
The chief selector had asked Rishabh Pant not to be included, "Pant was very close to selection, but he went backwards in the wicketkeeping skills. This is the reason that he was not included. '
As all knew about a brilliant inning of Dinesh Karthik in the Asia Cup final against Bangladesh which finished by him in crucial movement. rather than this, there was one more special movement of Dinesh Karthik which he shows while fielding.

Special Memory of Dinesh Karthik -
The 34-year-old took a stunning catch to Send Graeme Smith to the pavilion during an India-South Africa ODI in Durban.
